Fit, branding, delivery, payment and returns. Everything worth knowing before you order.
How do I know which cover fits?
Look at the seat back. If the headrest is part of the backrest, choose high-back. If the seat back stops at shoulder height or the headrest is separate, choose low-back. If you're unsure, send us a photo of the seat before you order.
How do the covers go on?
They pull straight over the seat you already have. No re-trimming, and they come off again easily when the cover needs a clean.
What if the cover doesn't fit my seat?
We match covers to machines as closely as we can. If the cover we send doesn't fit your seat properly, get in touch and we'll replace it with a suitable alternative free of charge.
Are the covers waterproof?
Yes. They're made from heavy-duty waterproof fabric built for daily farm and fleet use: mud, oil, livestock, rain and wet overalls.
Can I put my farm or fleet logo on a cover?
Yes. Choose Branded, upload your logo and place it on the headrest or backrest. Embroidery is stitched at a fixed 145 mm width, exactly as you position it.
How much does logo embroidery cost?
£5 per cover. A branded tractor cover is £34.99 against £29.99 unbranded, and there's no separate setup fee.
What logo file should I upload?
Upload the clearest version of your logo you have. Crop it and remove the background if needed. We embroider it exactly as you place it, at a fixed 145 mm width.
Can you brand covers for a whole fleet?
Yes. Choose Branded on each cover, or get in touch with numbers if you're kitting out several machines.
What's in the vehicle safety kit?
A 1 kg fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit, eyewash station, tourniquet, glass hammer with seat belt cutter, magnetic emergency beacon, head torch, two hi-vis vests, two foil blankets, two light sticks, heavy-duty gloves, a whistle, a power bank and a carabiner, all packed in a heavy-duty waterproof bag.
Do you do bundles or multi-buy deals?
Yes. Seat covers paired with the safety kit, and multi-packs of covers and kits, cost less than buying each on its own. See Bundles & offers.
How long does an order take?
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, branded and unbranded. UK delivery is usually 1–3 working days after that, and we email tracking where it's available.
How much is delivery?
£3.99 to England, Scotland and Wales, and £5.99 to Northern Ireland. Delivery is free on orders of £45 or more.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Where do you ship from?
We're based in Cheshire and ship across the UK.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, and the VAT is shown at checkout.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Checkout is encrypted and your card details are never stored on our site.
What's your returns policy?
Unused standard items and unopened kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number first. Embroidered covers are made to your spec, so they can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are always covered under UK consumer law.
Something's wrong with my order. What do I do?
Email hello@farmpacks.co.uk with your order number and a photo where it helps. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced, and faulty goods are always covered under UK consumer law.
