These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases from Farm Packs via farmpacks.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Farm Packs is based in Cheshire, United Kingdom, and sells emergency farm kits, heavy-duty seat covers, branded/embroidered covers and related products to customers in the UK.

2. The contract

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil a custom request) and will refund any payment already taken for that order.

3. Products

  • Product images are for illustration. Colours and finishes may vary slightly.
  • Descriptions, sizes and fit guidance are provided in good faith. Please check measurements and vehicle/seat type before ordering seat covers.
  • Emergency packs and kit contents are described on each product page. Contents may be updated for safety or supply reasons; material changes will be reflected on the product page where practical.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (see our Shipping / Delivery Policy).
  • Payment is taken via Shopify’s checkout and supported payment methods.
  • Branded (embroidered) covers cost £5 more than the unbranded version. The £5 is already included in the Branded price shown on the product page, and appears in your basket as a separate “Logo embroidery fee” line so you can see exactly what you are paying for. There is no additional artwork, digitising or setup charge on top of it.

5. Branded and custom embroidery

For branded seat covers and other customised products:

  • You must upload clear artwork/logo files and follow any on-page placement guidance.
  • You confirm you own or have permission to use any logo, name or artwork you submit.
  • Placement tools on the site are a guide for our embroidery team; final stitch size and position may vary slightly for manufacturing reasons.
  • Once production of a custom/branded item has started, that item is generally non-refundable except where required by law (for example if faulty) — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping / Delivery Policy. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery (or collection if offered).

7. Your consumer rights

If you buy as a consumer in the UK, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related law (for example goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose).

8. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Website use

  • You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping, or introducing malware).
  • Content on the site is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit or business), and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Emergency packs and safety-related products are tools to support preparedness; they do not replace training, safe systems of work, or professional medical/emergency services.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example courier disruption, extreme weather, supply shortages, or platform outages).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that UK consumers may also bring claims in their local courts where the law allows.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
