We reply during UK working hours, Monday to Friday. Covers are cut and stitched in Cheshire.

We work to match the correct seat cover to your vehicle as closely as possible. If the seat cover supplied does not fit your vehicle correctly, we will replace it with a suitable alternative free of charge.
How logo embroidery works

Choose Branded, upload your logo, then place it on the headrest or backrest. Embroidery is stitched at a fixed 145 mm width. We embroider your logo exactly as you place it, so please check artwork and position before ordering.
Shipping and Delivery

Dispatched within 1–2 working days, branded and unbranded. UK mainland delivery usually takes another 1–3 working days after dispatch, and we email tracking where it is available.

UK delivery £3.99, free on orders over £45. Northern Ireland £5.99.
Returns and Refunds

14 days to return a standard cover for any reason, including a change of mind. Contact us with your order number first and we will arrange a refund or an exchange.

Embroidered covers are stitched to your own artwork and cannot be returned for a change of mind, which is standard for personalised goods. Faulty items are always covered under UK consumer law.

Which cover fits my seat?

Upload the clearest version of your logo you have. Crop it and remove the background if needed. We embroider it exactly as you place it, at a fixed 145 mm width.

How long do branded covers take?

All covers are dispatched within 1–2 working days, branded and unbranded. UK delivery is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Can I return a branded cover?

Unused unbranded covers can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Embroidered covers are made to your spec, so they can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are always covered under UK consumer law.
