14 days to return a standard cover for any reason, including a change of mind. Contact us with your order number first and we will arrange a refund or an exchange.

Embroidered covers are stitched to your own artwork and cannot be returned for a change of mind, which is standard for personalised goods. Faulty items are always covered under UK consumer law.

Which cover fits my seat?

Our seat covers are designed to provide a tailored fit for your vehicle and are suitable for most makes and models. High-back means the headrest is part of the backrest; low-back means the back stops at the shoulders, so pick the shape that matches your seat.

What file should I upload for embroidery?

Upload the clearest version of your logo you have. Crop it and remove the background if needed. We embroider it exactly as you place it, at a fixed 145 mm width.

How long do branded covers take?

All covers are dispatched within 1–2 working days, branded and unbranded. UK delivery is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Can I return a branded cover?

Unused unbranded covers can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Embroidered covers are made to your spec, so they can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are always covered under UK consumer law.
